The relationship between Telaid Industries and COMTEL, Inc. dates back to early 2004 and continues to be strong to this day.

Mike Lauria and his crew are always very responsive and their quality of work is exemplary. Their team of installers and technicians have represented Telaid at many financial sites and they have an excellent reputation of treating clients in a courteous and professional manner. I wanted to let you know that all the work done here by COMTEL is complete and we are very happy with the results.
In particular, I also wanted to let you know that we all thought your phone tech did a great job and that he went the extra mile whenever the opportunity presented itself. He spotted an error being made by our WAN provider that could have cost us considerable time and money to resolve, but re-directed the tech contracted by Cogent and got it back on track. He was also very successful in programming the Nortel/Cisco interface and we now have VoIP calls running between here and our Jerusalem development center without a hitch.
Clearly, we are very happy with the results from COMTEL and we would be happy to contract to you again in the future.
